Włoch Riccardo Ricco (Saunier Duval) wygrał w niedzielę drugi etap kolarskiego wyścigu Giro d’Italia. z Cefalu do Agrigento na Sycylii (207 km). Na mecie wyprzedził rodaków Danilo di Lukę (LPR) i Davide Rebellina (Gerolsteiner).
